Happy Valentine's Day!

This is Kamden's second Valentine's Day. Since this year the holiday fell on a weekday, I took the day off from work. Kamden and I spent all day together. It made me realize how much I miss him during the week. We went shopping, cleaned house, and baked treats all afternoon. I cooked a nice dinner for all of us. After dinner, Kamden went to his grandmother's house to spend the night, since we had a couples massage planned later that evening. We filled Kamden's goody bag full of sweet treats and a new friend... his talking, huggable, teddy bear. We had a great time together. It was the best Valentine's day we have had together so far!

Kam is at the age where he is starting to get attached to things like his animals, toys, blankets, and pacifier for security. He is crazy over all of his stuffed animals. He says, "awww" and just loves them up with hugs and kisses. We found this little white talking bear that says all kinds of phrases when you squeeze him tight. Kamden absolutely fell in love with it! He hasn't put it down since he laid eyes on it. He has a new little buddy now!

Valentine's Day is about showing people you care about how much you love them. Everyday is Valentine's for us. Kamden has filled our hearts with so much love, it is indescribable to express in words how we feel. A love between parents and children is unconditional. We thank God every single day for giving us this precious blessing.
