Kamden's FIRST Pumpkin Patch!

Today was an exciting day! After going to one of our cousin's 4th Birthday Party at Kate's Park, we stumbled across a pumpkin patch at Fletcher Methodist Church near by. We figured it would be a perfect time for Kamden to pick out his FIRST pumpkin!

Kamden's Granny was with us and the three of us had a great time together! We didn't have his own Radio Flyer wagon handy, but luckily the people there had one we could borrow. Kamden loves to go for wagon rides! Plus, it prevent us from having to carry around those heavy pumpkins every where.

It was a beautiful, warm, sunny, fall day. The weather was nearly perfect. We put Kamden in that wagon, and rode him all over the pumpkin patch. He loved it! He was having so much fun. Every time we would stop he would stand up and hold on to the handle. I chuckled, because I used to do the exact same thing when I was his age.
I remember painting my Radio Flyer wagon brown when I was little. When my parents saw, I thought they were going to have a heart attack. haha. Too bad, because that thing would have been an antique classic now days!
Anyhow, we rode through and got one big pumpkin and let Kamden pick out two small ones for himself. He thought the little ones were apples I suppose, because he tried to pick it up and take a bite out of it. haha. He also started picking up the acorns and eating those too! He is so funny!

Kamden was walking all around the patch... checking out all the pumpkins. He had a hard time deciding on just one pumpkin so we let him pick out two of his own! It was so funny to see him carry those tiny pumpkins around as he was walking around the pumpkin patch.
