the BEST gift a MOTHER could ask for:
is Kamden! There is not a day that goes by that I don't thank the Lord for making me a mother and for giving me the greatest gift and blessing in the world. This is my 3rd Mother's Day with Kamden... the first time he was still growing in my womb, the 2nd he was only a few months old, and today... he is a playful little toddler!

Being a mother has made me the happiest I have ever been in my life. It has also brought many challenges that I didn't know I would ever be able to overcome. I have learned so much about myself and grown as a person by being Kamden's mommy. He gives me the motivation I need to succeed in life and accomplish all of my goals... he makes me want to dream bigger than I ever thought I would because I want to provide the best life possible for him. Most of all he makes me appreciate the little moments in life. The simple things mean the most. His big bright smile first thing in the morning, watching him learn something new everyday, the fascination he has over the smallest wonders of the world, and his night night kisses before bed.
Today we celebrated this Mother's Day with the two Mothers that are so very special to us... Kamden's grandmothers. We had a delicious lunch at Bonefish with my Mom (Queenie). Kam's favorite part of the day was the strawberry shortcake! Then we rode over to see his MeMaw (Keith's mom) and Kamden raided her stash of dum-dum suckers. hehe. We are so lucky to have wonderful Moms in our lives. They have been there for us through it all-- the ups and downs, good times and bad. We wouldn't have been able to get this far in live without their love, guidance, and support. For that we are forever grateful.

"A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts."
