a DAY at the PARK.
In the midst of the worst winter we've had in over a decade... we finally got one pretty day to enjoy.
Kamden's older brother, Blake, came over to visit with us this weekend. Blake is 10 years old and loves to go play outside. We wanted to take advantage of the pretty weather, so we decided to take the boys to Patton Park (which is 1 mile from our house).
The weather was beautiful! Keith and Blake played football... while Kamden and I laid under a shade tree just enjoying the day. You should have seen Kamden's reaction when seeing trees and branches for the first time! He was mesmerized! He could not quit staring at the limbs and sky!
We had a ball with the boys and hope to do it again soon!

ReplyDeleteThanks Mere!!! I used to blog on Myspace for years.... and then I started this one for Kamden so we could remember all the things as a baby for him. But its a work in progress... I feel like I have a long way to go with it... and now that I stay so busy as a new mom, I hardly find tiem to devote to it! but I'm trying, lol.
